When do orders ship?
In most cases, we process orders on the next business day. Please expect your order to ship in 1-2 business days.
How long is the shipping time?
We ship using Ground services, which usually take 3-5 business days. Our most popular products are fulfilled at various locations in the US, so those products will usually take 2-3 business days.
How can I make sure that my order be delivered on time?
We obviously cannot speak for FedEx or UPS once your order leaves our facility. Occasionally packages are misrouted or lost in transit. Of course we guarantee that you will receive the order that you pay for. However, we do offer a No Hassle shipping protection service.
This optional service is automatically added to your cart at checkout. WIth this protection on your order, we will reship your order immediately if the original package is lost without waiting for the carrier to investigate. The only exception is if the original package has already been recovered and will arrive sooner that we can ship a replacement to you.
Can orders be expedited?
Due to the bulky nature of our packages, expedited shipping services are seldom feasible. A case of our Flash Mailers, for example, weighs almost 50 lbs. Trying to ship via expedited services costs over $200.
We do make some of our products available on Amazon Prime. If you are in urgent need of these products, you can take advantage of Amazon's 2 Day shipping on Prime products, but the prices for these products are more than our website to account for Amazon's fees.
Do you ship internationally?
For the same reason that we are unable to expedite our packages, we cannot practicably ship internationally. There are a few 3rd party sellers in Canada who carry some of our products, but we do not ship directly. If you are located outside the United States, you may consider checking our eBay store for products that qualify for eBay's Global Shipping program.
